Today lets learn to make some super soft and tasty Tea Cake. This cake is made without butter. This spongy cake is best to have with tea or coffee.

Eggs - 3
Sugar - 1 cup
Vegetable Oil - 3/4 cup
All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
â–ºMethod
1. Blend eggs and Sugar with till it turns into pale yellow.
2. Add oil and sift in all the dry ingredients.
3. Add milk and mix.
4. Add the batter into a greased cake tin.
5. Bake in a 180 degree preheated oven for 35 - 40 minutes.
