A very simple and healthy recipe for Wheat bread.
Wheat flour - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tsp
Instant Yeast - 2 tsp
Oil and Warm water
Mix all the ingredients and make a soft dough. transfer it into a bread loaf container and push it down to the edges.Cover it with a cloth and rest it for 2-3 hours or it is doubled in size. Then if you want you can knead it again and cover it and keep for another 2 hours.Apply some milk on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds, this is completely optional.
Preheat oven for 220 degree C. Bake it at 220 degree C for 20 minutes. Time may vary according to each oven. When the top becomes golden brown its ready. Apply some melted butter on top for more taste and shine.
